They offer the following shipping options. UPS 3 Day UPS 2 Day UPS Next Day UPS Ground They will ship to a PO Box, but the weight of the order cannot exceed 50 pounds and will be shipping via the USPS. Power Systems also ships to APO/FPO. Sam Montana provided an answer to this question in this review of Power Systems:Power Systems will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or a refund. They have a 90 day warranty that states their products will be free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from the date of invoice. Before you return a product, you must first get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and a pre-authorization. You can get this by calling 1-800-321-6975. If you are not satisfied with the products of Power Systems, you may return it for a refund or store credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt date.
